Young Pup

For puppies under 7 months of age.

I will help you build a solid foundation for you and your pup’s relationship to grow upon. I focus on socialization, obedience training and manners. I start by teaching you how to build a healthy, respectful relationship between you and your pup. Socialization includes building positive and neutral associations to new people, places, sights, sounds, and other dogs. Obedience training includes introduction to eye contact, sit, down, stay, loose leash walking, come, place, crate, wait and leave it. Manners include proper engagement with humans and appropriate play with other dogs.

Hourly rate $100 per hour

4 session package $380

Grown up Pup

Whether you just rescued a dog or have a current dog who could use a reboot, Trailhead Training can help. I start by setting boundaries and limitations for you and your dog. Once boundaries are established, I focus on foundation training. Foundation training involves bonding with their owner through proper play, socialization, obedience, and manners. If you are experiencing some mild behavior issues I will follow foundation training by customizing a program that meets the needs of each individual dog and their owners.

Hourly rate $120 per hour

Board and Train

Play & Train

This program is designed for owners looking for an ultra deluxe boarding experience for their pup. This experience is for pack members who are regular pack hikers, have gone through training with me, or have completed a board and train program with me. In our PnT program your dog lives with me and participates in weekend adventures, play with other dogs, and receives multiple training sessions throughout the day. During their stay we will maintain their current training as well as address any new issues that you might want to work on. Or maybe you would like your dog to learn something new during the long weekend you’re away. In these cases, the Play and Train boarding program is for you!

I will customize a training schedule to help your dog with your specific training goals during their stay. Thirty minute follow up session included upon request.

Happy Camper

In our 2-3 Week BnT program your dog lives with me and participates in multiple training sessions throughout the day. This program is for happy-go-lucky dogs that require an intro to the basics. During their stay we will teach your pup our marker system which is critical for laying a solid foundation of obedience and balanced behavior for owners to grow upon. Your dog receives structured socialization and exercise through our pack hikes, a calm home atmosphere, and is introduced to basic obedience commands.

In this program your dog will be introduced to these commands during their stay with us:

• Eye Contact/ Engagement

• Crate

• Heel

• Sit/stay

• Down/stay

• Place

• Waiting at Thresholds

• Intro to recall

Every dog is different and I will customize a training program to match the needs of your unique dog. One hour go-home training session included.

$1,200 - per week

ages 5 months and up, but must be fully vaccinated.

*Note: this program is not for off leash obedience. Off leash obedience is included in our Doggie Boot Camp program.

Doggie Boot Camp

This is our three - five week Board and Train program designed for owners seeking solid on and off leash obedience from their dog as well as a healthy, happy mindset. During this intensive program, your dog will learn the basics covered in our Happy Camper program as well as address behavioral issues. This is also a great option for owners who desire a solid recall and off leash obedience so they feel comfortable adventuring with their pup. This program is minimum 3 weeks long with potential to add on more, the length is dependent on your dog & the time needed to help them become the best version of themselves.

In this program your dog will be introduced to these commands and skills during their stay with us:

• Eye Contact/ Engagement

• The off leash “With Me” walk

• On and off leash Heel

• Sit/stay

• Down/stay

• Place

• Waiting at Thresholds

• Crate training

• Off Leash Obedience and Recall

• E - Collar communication

We will also address any minor behavioral issues, such as:

• Jumping & Counter-Surfing

• Excessive Barking

• Chewing

• Nipping & Mouthing

• Minor Leash Reactivity

• Minor separation anxiety

  Every dog is different and I will customize a training program to match the needs of your unique dog. One - Two hour go-home training session included. Midway Lesson encouraged.

$3500 for three weeks ($800 per additional week)

Remote Collar and all other training equipment included!
