“Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.”
- John Muir
Pack Hike.
The Hike
Our pack hikes are not the average walk around the block. I believe our pack hikes are one of the most fulfilling activities we can give to our dogs. They fulfill their mental, social, and physical needs through structured playtime, training, and exercise. On every pack hike your dog will work on loose leash walking, polite socialization, basic obedience, off leash “with me” and recall.
Structure = Clarity = Freedom
Weather
We hike rain or shine. On hot days we go to trails with streams or plenty of shade to keep the dogs cool.
Rainy day hikes are a lot of fun! Most dogs actually love the rain, with plenty of puddles to splash in and mud to roll in theres a lot to love about rainy day hikes. We do bring towels, however they will most likely return home with a little residual dirt.
The Deatils
We pick-up and drop-off from the owner’s home. I communicate with each client to create a protocol that ensures safety and security for your dog and home during the process.
Each pack hike is 90 minutes long. The total process of pick-up to drop-off will take approximately 2-4 hours depending on where you live and which trail we go to.
Minimum commitment: 1 hike per week.
